Performance Characteristics
  • Thanks to its compact structure, the all in one bottle washing and filling machine is space efficient and just occupies a small floor area.
  • Integrating mechanics, electronics and pneumatics technologies, the bottle washing and filling equipment achieves a high degree of automation. It enables users to set the water pressure and time of flushing according to their actual demand. The flushing water at each stage is recycled and filtered for downgrade usage, contributing to low water consumption.
  • The machine uses crawler to carry bottles. Due to the adoption of intermittent rinsing style, cross contamination caused by continuous rinsing is eliminated.
  • The bottle hook, together with guide plate, ensures smooth, reliable bottle entering without bottle collapse or overturn phenomenon.
  • During exiting process, those bottles are received twice as there is a support to slightly receive bottles first for buffer purpose. This ensures no bottle collapse and breakage due to long falling distance.
  • After fine cleaning, the bottles immediately enter the filling station. This avoids the pollution caused due to long distance delivery of bottles.
  • The filling machine adopts preset filling time and constant flow technique. The filling time and filling quantity are adjustable by the computer. Accurate measurement is achieved.
  • The conveyor is on the side of the all in one bottle washing and filling machine, which contributes to convenient maintenance and repair.
