Performance Characteristics
  • The vacuum nitrogen filling and stoppering machine uses high capacity electromagnetic hopper, which ensures larger feeding quantity per time, thus helping reduce the labor intensity.
  • The machine adopts microcomputer frequency modulator for frequency and speed adjustments. Within the rated capacity range, the production capacity can be regulated by stepless speed control.
  • It is equipped with bottleneck positioning units, achieving good centering. As bottles enter continuously and smoothly, the machine offers high efficiency.
  • The machine features vacuum stoppering and mechanical positioning. After rubber stoppers are in the accurate place, the stoppering operation can be carried out, ensuring high qualification rate.
  • The vacuum nitrogen filling and stoppering equipment attains a low residual oxygen level below 1.0 % after vacuuming and stoppering.
