It uses high capacity electromagnetic oscillator to collate caps, which helps reduce labor intensity. In addition, the machine achieves high efficiency due to smooth operation and continuous bottle entering.

Our bottle capping machines use three knives to roll caps when bottlenecks are positioned and centered after cap loading. Good sealing quality is achieved. Our equipment adopts double frequency conversion control and stepless speed regulation. The knives realize soft boot with low mechanical impact force, which contributes to low breakage rate of bottles.
