Fine Bottle Washing Machine

The fine bottle washing machines are compact and space saving product. They are designed for fine cleaning of 50 ml, 100 ml, 250 ml and 500 ml IV solution glass bottles. These bottle washers can also be used to clean similar bottles.

Performance Characteristics
  • The fine bottle washing machine realizes a high level of automation. The water pressure and flushing time can be set according to user's actual requirements. The flushing water at each stage is recycled and filtered for downgrade usage, which helps reduce water consumption.
  • The conveyor is located on the side of the equipment, which greatly facilitates maintenance and repair.
  • The bottles are carried via crawler. They are soaked longer in water and more time is used to empty them after rinsing. Hence, there is no dead spot or residual water left in bottles. In addition, the adoption of intermittent rinsing style avoids cross contamination caused by continuous rinsing.
  • Due to the combination of bottle hook and the guide plate, bottles enter smoothly and reliably without collapse or overturn phenomenon.
  • To prevent bottle breakage or collapse as a result of long falling distance during exiting process, those bottles are received twice as there is a support to slightly receive bottles first for buffer purpose.
