The ZGS2/1-20 pre-sterilized syringe filling and sealing machine is used for filling and sealing of 1 ml to 20 ml pre-sterilized syringes. It can automatically perform metering filling and piston sealing processes. The machine trays are moved by servo drive. The filling system uses rotary piston pumps for accurate filling volume. Two independent servo motors are adopted to control the piston pumps.
With two filling heads, the pre-sterilized syringe filling and sealing equipment offers a capacity of 10000 pcs/h. With a length of 1500 mm, a width of 1000 mm and a height of 1850 mm, the machine just weighs 900 kg. The electric capacity is 5 kW.
