EO Sterilizer

EO sterilizer applies ethylene oxide gas to perform fumigation sterilization on products in the sterilization vessel at a certain temperature, pressure and humidity. It is suitable for medical treatment and public health fields. Compare with traditional high-pressure steam sterilization, EO sterilization is advantageous in strong penetrating power, thorough sterilization, non-corrosive and non-harmful to products. EO sterilization is accessible at low temperature, pressure and humidity, plus ideal for products hard to be sterilized at high temperature.

Equipment features
  • The sterilization vessel is heated by recirculating hot water, producing large heating area. Parallel grouping of three water channel as a group is adopted and each group is adjustable in water amount independently. This ensures high heating rate and sterilization efficiency effect from the structure.
  • An unique EO gasfication equipment is adopted to precisely control the temperature of EO gas entering the sterilization vessel. A special jacket is used to maintain consistent temperature of the pipe between gasifier and sterilization vessel. This helps to achieve full vaporization and better sterilization effect, as well as avoiding the sterilized items from contamination.
  • Sterilizing software supports WIN7 operating system, featuring real-time monitoring, reading, alarming and data tracking. Conforms to CE certification and GMP on-the-spot audit.
  • Perfect power failure protection function: in case of power failure, the door seal maintains inflated state to prevent the leakage of EO gas. And the software data will not loss.
