Main Features
  • Cleanliness requirement inside laminar flow cleanroom window: class B.
  • The cleanroom window features a double-layer shell and the interior is rounded to ensure a seamless connection.
  • This product features a passive laminar flow design and top-feed bottom-return air flow mode. The lateral return air inlet is made of a 304 stainless steel cold-rolled sheet with a punching treatment and is set with reinforcing ribs.
  • Filter: The primary filter is made of G4 and features a high efficiency H14 filter with a filtration efficiency of 99.99%.
  • Speed: air passing through the high efficiency filter is controlled within a speed of 0.3-0.4m/s.
  • Differential pressure: the differential filter pressure is clearly displayed, with a range of 0-500Pa, ±5Pa.
  • Control: fan start/stop button, built-in interlocking electronic gate, separate switch-controlled UV light.
  • The high efficiency filter can be installed and disassembled individually from the top of the cleanroom window, facilitating maintenance and replacement. A service port is set on the top for fan maintenance.
  • Noise: under normal operation＜65db.
  • The highly efficient air outlet equalizer is manufactured with a 304 stainless steel screen.
