The system is designed and manufactured to meet high hygienic and safety standards. The parts that come into direct contact with sterilizing trays are made of stainless steel materials, and the rest parts are manufactured using national standard materials which have undergone anti-rust treatment.

The device is mainly used for conveying the sterilizing cart. It uses motor to drive the chain. The cart is put on two rows of stainless steel chains, and there are protective railings on both sides. Detector switch is provided to detect the starting and stopping of the sterilizing cart.
The roller conveyor of the automatic sterilization cycle system is used to convey relatively heavy sterilizing cart. The rollers are driven by the motor. The sterilizing cart is placed on rollers, and the roller rotation makes the cart move. There is a detector switch to detect the starting and stopping of the sterilizing cart.
The reversing machine is mainly used to change the conveying direction of the sterilizing cart. It is composed of a chain conveyor and a liftable roller conveyor, which are in two directions, at a right angle to each other. The sterilizing cart is firstly conveyed by the chain conveyor. After the cart is conveyed to the right place, the chain conveyor stops, and the lifting device moves upward and conveys the sterilizing cart from the chain conveyor, and then start the roller conveyor to send the cart out. The coming out direction of the cart can be changed by controlling the positive rotation and negative rotation of the motor of the roller conveyor.
It is mainly used for changing the conveying direction of the sterilizing cart. By using the motor to drive the rotating gear, the device can make the conveying direction change by 90 degrees or 180 degrees.
The bottle loading machine of the sterilization cycle system can automatically put the glass bottles after capping into the sterilizing cart. With a high level of automation, it achieves high loading efficiency and reduces the labor intensity.
