The QZX15 auto hot melt adhesive sealing and packing machine is the new generation product which is developed based on advanced technologies from America, Japan and Germany. Using famous brand components like Japanese Mitsubishi PLC, SMC pneumatic components and American Nordson hot melt adhesive device, our machine can automatically and continuously perform procedures like carton forming, packing, edge folding, glue spraying, sealing, and more. Having the advantages of reasonable structure, stable performance, reliable quality and high productivity, the machine is widely used for instant noodle, cigarette, liquor, beverage, and other carton packaging products.

Main Characteristics
  • As the hot melt adhesive sealing and carton packing machine offers a high level of automation and eliminates procedures like binding and carton unfolding, it requires fewer operators.
  • It uses hot melt adhesive to seal the carton, so there is no need for adhesive tape. The carton bottom uses one board, thus preventing bottles from falling. The final package is beautiful and can withstand strong pressure.
  • Compared with manual carton packing equipment, the automatic machine is more efficient and uses flat board with smaller size, enabling users to get the investment back quickly.
  • The machine eliminates auxiliary equipment like carton unfolding machine, carton grabbing machine and tape sealing machine, so it is space efficient and enables users to save on costs.
  • The hot melt adhesive sealing and packing equipment offers a maximum capacity of 15 carton/min. When it is used for 500 ml glass IV solution bottles, the machine can pack 20 bottles in one carton and can handle 300 bottles per minute.
