Main features
  • Mechanical-electrical integration design: control system comprises PLC and HMI, of flexible programmability to adapt to different requirements of pharmaceutical processes.
  • The phenomenon of falling and crashing of tablet core like pallet, pill or plain tablet can be efficiently eliminated. This avoids the occurrence of fragments and improves yield.
  • Coating film-saving design: guide plate has a narrow upper surface to avoid the adhesion and waste of coating films.
  • Spray gun adopts a special design of clogging-cleaning structure, exerting continuous coating capacity, high coating efficiency and coating film saving. Also, the spray gun features uniform atomization and large spray area, due to the using of a universal spray nozzle. This is not affected by loading amount of coating films.
  • Conforms to GMP standards.
